My Name is Kenya I am a license cosmetologist of over 20 years. About 8 years ago I decided to incorporate my gift of making women's hair beautiful with also making their skin beautiful while at the same time relaxing them, by providing aromatherapy oils and candles.That's when "Sallie May's Warm Heart All Natural Soy Candles and Skin Products" was born, and I am now the pround founder and owner, which is dedicated to my beautiful grandmother whom I was extremley close to, the late Sallie May Clayton Lane. I chose the particular name "Warm Heart" because that is the way to best decribe my grandmother. In realation with the name "Warm Heart" my candles makes you feel all "warm" and "cozy" just as if "your own" grandmother was wrapping you in her arms, and they smell devine just as if "mom mom", "nana" or "grandmom". We all have our special name for our grandmother, but whatever you called her, my candles will bring back those holiday memories, as if your grandmother was in the kitchen baking up something really yummy... I pray that GOD continues to allow doors to open to me so that I may continue educating women and making them happy and feel good about themselves while pampering themselves with the natural sources that GOD has provided abundantley.

- I had a desire to educate women about the importance of naturally taking care of their skin and hair as well as practicing a stress free life, by just by chilling out, lighting a couple soy candles,having a glass a wine and reading a good book. I also love the idea of self-empowerment and independence.

What I come to respect, business is 90% listening and 10% responding.

I'ts tough to sell a product if I'm running off at the mouth and not listening to m prospect needs and wants.
I've also have obtained knowledge on how to crush prospects objections to the point of where they actually become honest and say I'm just not interested in getting more money back on my income tax return from owning a homebased Online Travel & Entertainment & Shopping Mall business.

As far As my home based business, I haven't completely taking the plunge but, I'm 90% there!
Here's my thing:
I can no longer fall victim to a work place that has not set up ample respect for the single mom! My last job wanted me to work from 4pm-1am. In my opinion, they were telling me to forget about my family, and forget about having a life and let someone else raise your child!
To me, that's truly unacceptable as well as, on the other hand, motivating.
I can't continue to do the same thing and get the same results. I think they call that "insanity", right!
For me, that was a serious wake up call. So now, I'm working through this thing called "fear" and it's been a douzie! However, I plan to succeed at all cost.
I have too! I'm not giving myself any other option and you shouldn't either.
Always remember that we come from a background of strong survivors that would do anything for the price of freedom, even risk loosing their lives.
So , on that note, lets expect to succeed. Let's plan, organize, and execute! Let's be that person that we are waiting to show up! Let's do the do! Let's make a committment to hold each other accountable for success. I'll take the stand first.
