22 Years of Media Targeting the Interest of Women of Color
As a wholistic health and wellness educator and neuro-linguistic psychotherapist over the years I have worked with thousands of clients, taught hundreds of students, and written health related books and articles. In addition, I have read many books, articles, and attended a multitude of lectures and taken several courses to gain more knowledge and overstanding. What I have learned and want to share is that a healthy and successful life is not based solely on the foods you eat; the days you exercise; or on the amount of money you amass; or fame you earn; corporate status you have been given; functioning as an unaware debt slave, nor is it based on the volumes of materials things you collect. A healthy successful life is one in which you learn and appreciate your inner connection to the greater universe and to your freedom loving ancestors. Spending time learning who you truly are, enjoying silence, nurturing loving relationships, and recognizing the value of the small and simple things in life are far more enriching than any amount of wealth and fame. So take some time to raise your consciousness, breathe deeply, relax more, and laugh aloud and often. http://www.AkosuaAli-Sabree.com
